Now, in order to tag contacts when they start watching our replay, we’ll head over to PlusThis, to use their Video Trigger feature.

All we need to do is drop in our webinar replay video embed code provided by the video hosting company you use. PlusThis supports Wistia, Vimeo and Youtube.

Then, we’ll click “next step”.

PlusThis now gives us the ability to tag contacts based on how much of our webinar replay they watch.

We’ll apply two tags:
1. The “started watching webinar” tag at 1 minute into the replay
2. The “saw webinar offer” tag at 55 minutes into the replay

The “started watching webinar” tag is going to trigger our campaign in Infusionsoft.

Now, let’s save this to move on to the next step.

PlusThis will then give you a special embed code for your video that you can use on your website.

So, we’ll go ahead and embed that on our website.

Next, let’s head back to our Infusionsoft campaign to automate adding non-buyers to a Facebook audience and showing them special offer CTAs when they revisit our website.

Next, we’re going to connect this time-delay sequence to two other sequences:

1) The non-buyers sequence
2) The buyers sequence

This will create a decision diamond in Infusionsoft, where we’ll define the rules that will determine when contacts are added to the non-buyers sequence and when they are added to the buyers sequence.

Once we’ve set those up, let’s head over to our non-buyers sequence.

The first step in this sequence is to add contacts who didn’t buy to the right Facebook custom audience.

To do that, let’s use PlusThis’ Facebook Audience Triggers.

Here we can choose which audience we want to add these non-buyers to, and what data PlusThis should use to try to find a match on these contacts.

The default options for “email” and “phone” should do the trick.

Now, name your Audience Trigger, and click “save”.

PlusThis will then give us a special URL to use in an HTTP Post action inside our Infusionsoft campaign.

And now, we can paste the URL PlusThis gave us in the Post URL field provided by Infusionsoft.

Next, we want to apply a tag called “webinar non-buyer” to contacts who are in this sequence.

This will allow us to use ConvertFlow to display special offer CTAs to these contacts when they visit our website.

You can also set up follow up emails to promote your webinar offer and content to contacts who didn’t buy.

As a final step to converting our webinar non-buyers, let’s open up our ConvertFlow to create targeted CTAs that will promote a special offer to these contacts when they visit our website.

After finishing the design, we can make sure our “get started” cta button directs visitors to the order form.

Once we save and publish our call-to-action, we can set the targeting conditions for this CTA through the launch page, that will allow us to target visitors who have the “webinar non-buyer” tag in Infusionsoft, and don’t have the “bought webinar offer” tag.

Now, all we have to do is launch our CTA by toggling it on, and make sure our Infusionsoft campaign is active, and our non-buyers will start seeing the right Facebook ads and special offer CTAs when they visit our website.

2. How to add non-buyers to a special Facebook audience to retarget them with special offers ads by using PlusThis Facebook Audience Triggers

Let’s copy that URL, and head back to Infusionsoft.

Within the non-buyers sequence, we’ll add a “Send to HTTP Post” action.

1. How to apply tags to leads who watch your webinar replays and don’t buy, by using PlusThis and Infusionsoft

First, you’re going to create a campaign in Infusionsoft that will trigger when specific tags have been applied to contacts who watched your webinar replay.

We’ll start this campaign when contacts get the “started watching webinar” tag applied in Infusionsoft.

Once we set up our Infusionsoft campaign to be triggered when contacts get the “started watching webinar” tag applied to their contact record, we can then set up a sequence that will have a time delay period that’s a little longer than the duration of our webinar replay.

3. How to engage non-buyers who watched your webinar replay with special offer CTAs when they visit your website using ConvertFlow

Within ConvertFlow, we’ll create special offer Overlay call-to-action that will engage these non-buyers after they’ve spent at least 10 seconds on our website.
