Then, create your call-to-action to generate new leads from your website.

Once you finish the design, click on the form to open up the form settings sidebar.

This will allow you to choose which fields you want to display in your call-to-action.

When ConvertFlow captures a new email address, it automatically enriches your lead and researches the web for social and professional data on your new contact. It then automatically passes researched data found on your lead to Infusionsoft, such as first name, last name, company, job title, twitter bio, website, etc.

Also, from within the form settings sidebar, you’ll be able to trigger automations in Infusionsoft when contacts submit the form.

For this example, we’re going to apply a “lead” tag on these new contacts in Infusionsoft.

By applying this tag, we’ll be able to trigger a campaign in Infusionsoft to automate assigning leads to sales reps based on the job title ConvertFlow finds on new contacts.

Next, we’re going to create a sequence for each sales rep we want to assign leads to, as shown in the image above.

Once, we have those sequences created, we can connect our Tag goal to each sequence. This will create a decision diamond in our campaign.

When we edit our decision diamond, we’ll set rules to assign each lead to a sales rep based on the job title of the lead.

Once that’s set up, our decision diamond will know how to assign leads to the sales rep sequences we set up.

With that set up, let’s make sure both our lead and our sales rep are engaged to take the next step.

Now that our leads are being reached out to, let’s make sure our sales rep gets alerted that he/she has a new lead.

One way we can make sure they don’t miss an alert is by sending it directly to their phone via SMS.

To do this, let’s head over to PlusThis, and use their SMS trigger.

By using the SMS trigger in PlusThis, we can specify which number we want to send this text to. Let’s send this to our sales rep’s phone number.

We’ll also use the merge fields form to add specific contact data about new leads in the text message our sales reps will receive.

This way, they have everything they need to reach out to a new lead.

Once we save this trigger in PlusThis, it’ll give us a special URL we’ll use in our Infusionsoft sequence.

To add it, all we need to do is add a “Send HTTP Post” action and paste this URL in the action.

Now our sales reps will automatically receive an SMS lead alert whenever there is a new lead assigned to them, and our leads will also get reached out to by the sales rep that they were assigned to.

Within ConvertFlow, first head over to the integrations page and connect your Infusionsoft account.

Within the sales rep sequence, we’re going to set an “assign to owner” action, which allow us to assign this lead to our sales rep.

2. How to automatically assign leads to your sales reps based on a lead’s job title and data

In Infusionsoft, we’re going to create a new campaign that will start when contacts get the “lead” tag applied to their contact record.

3. How to automate sending personalized outreach emails to leads, and SMS lead alerts to your sales rep

Research from InsideSales.com shows that 35–50% of sales go to the vendor that responds first, and according to the Lead Response Management Study leads are 21 times more likely to enter the sales process if contacted within 5 minutes.

Data shows that reaching out to leads quickly is crucial to acquiring new customers. However, it’s hard for sales reps to maintain this level of performance 100% of the time.

That’s why we can use automation to make sure every lead gets reached out to 100% of the time, and our sales reps can then respond to leads who respond to automated outreach email sent by them.

In Infusionsoft, let’s add email action to our sequence. This email will go out to our new leads as soon as they fill out our form on our website.

You could even add a delay of a few minutes to your sequence to make it look more believable a human sent it :)
